WDA’s tenant improvement for Vibrant Media demises a single-tenant floor into a multiple-tenant configuration, and provides Vibrant with new conference rooms and a customized kitchen area. Responding to an extremely aggressive schedule, we produced drawings, secured a building permit and coordinated fast-track construction to take the project from inception to move-in in less than three months.
