WDA's design of Lucid explores the relationship between the distinct but complimentary programs of art gallery and bar/lounge. In addition to integrating display and seating, we developed vertical light panels that establish a unique lounge environment at night. The rhythmic placement of the light panels also helps draw patrons back into the space, and down to the bar’s lower level.
