WDA worked with a developer to create an urban master plan and architectural design concept for a proposed development in Salinas, CA. The modern, mixed-use design invigorates the neighborhood with a 100 room hotel, corner restaurant and street-level retail, while the use of contextual materials builds continuity with the surrounding urban fabric.
