WDA actively cultivates a positive, professional work environment built around a fun, collaborative office culture. We work as a team on tasks ranging from design charettes and problem solving project details, to office initiatives such as implementing LEED standards and the development of our design-build practice. Vendor presentations, discussion forums and design competitions provide further opportunities to share and develop our collective vision.

Off the clock, we take advantage of living in one of the world's greatest cities through periodic non-work events. Typical excursions include monthly happy hours, outings to museums, SF Giants games and local theater shows, as well as job site visits to projects currently under construction.
