WDA provides building architecture services for 75 and 95 Hawthorne, with 20 stories and 400,000 sq. ft. and five stories and 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space respectively. We provide our client with a full range of architectural services including accessibility upgrades, tenant improvements, surveys, space plans, development of building standards and implementation of material and color upgrades.
